A growing organization in Brooklyn is hiring a Tech Lead to turn leadership's vision into reality by building the roadmap, overseeing development, and delegating responsibilities across the team. This role carries real ownership: it decides how the vision becomes a plan and makes sure that plan gets built. It's a fit for an entrepreneurial, well-rounded developer with a genuine interest in AI, and the position is open to a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Vision

- Translate leadership's vision into a clear, actionable technical roadmap

- Take ownership of technical direction and priorities

Development Oversight

- Oversee development from planning through delivery

- Bring a well-rounded developer's perspective, including AI, to technical decisions

Team Leadership

- Delegate responsibilities across the team

- Keep the team's work moving in line with the roadmap

Qualifications

- Well-rounded developer

- Strong interest in AI

- Entrepreneurial and dynamic, with a drive to take ownership

- Able to lead development and delegate effectively
