Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for ADP Workforce Management functionality and related business processes.
Review and validate payroll, workforce management, and timekeeping configurations.
Ensure workforce and payroll requirements are accurately represented throughout design and implementation activities.
Support business process reviews and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate workforce-related data conversion and validation activities.
Review and support payroll-related integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Assist with regulatory compliance reviews and payroll controls.
Support development and execution of testing strategies, including payroll validation and UAT.
Identify workforce-related risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate mitigation activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and departmental teams.
Support development of workforce-related training materials and end-user documentation.
Participate in cutover planning and payroll readiness assessments.
Provide go-live and post-go-live stabilization support.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting ADP Workforce Management, payroll, human resources, or workforce management systems.
Minimum three (3) years of experience participating in large-scale ERP, HCM, payroll, or workforce management implementations.
Demonstrated experience supporting payroll processing, timekeeping, scheduling, labor management, and workforce administration functions.
Experience supporting system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, workforce compliance requirements, and public-sector workforce practices.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or similar project/program management certification
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree preferred.
Workday certifications or equivalent implementation experience
Experience with workforce software implementations
