Operations Intern

How You’ll Make an Impact and Grow:

• Gain insight into our industry, organization, and business operations

• Gain exposure to various operational functions, including travel, accounting, vendor management, reception, and real estate; and understand how Operations serves as a bridge across various departments

• Work with large operational datasets, tackling data scrubbing, report construction, and dashboard presentations to derive actionable insights

• Assist with dashboard maintenance and rollout initiatives

• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent graduates or currently enrolled full-time towards a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027

• Demonstrated interest in business strategy, operations, and analytics through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team and knows how to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• A willingness to learn, or familiar with tools for work across data management, visualization, and analytics, including KNIME, Tableau, Excel, etc.
