Project manage scalable community and peer-to-peer fundraising programs, including Chapter-connected campaigns, birthdays and milestones, tribute and memorial fundraising, family- and volunteer-led fundraising, DIY fundraising, legacy campaigns, and other supporter-led initiatives approved by Kesem.
Build campaign timelines, fundraising pages, toolkits, volunteer resources, implementation guides, and repeatable models that can be used consistently across Chapters and National.
Create or support innovative, targeted campaigns around defined Chapter and organizational needs such as program support, transportation assistance, waitlist growth, or other fundable priorities, ensuring campaigns are structured and tracked consistently across Kesem.
Provide hands-on support to volunteer fundraisers, families, alumni, student leaders, Board members, and other community members so fundraising is accessible, well-supported, and aligned with Kesem’s standards.
Gather and coordinate current stories, testimonials, cases for support, financial information, and other campaign inputs from the appropriate teams so campaign resources are timely and accurate.

Convene and coordinate the Marketing, Chapter Implementation, and National Implementation subcommittees, ensuring each has clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, decision points, and accountability throughout the campaign.
Partner closely with the Operations team to ensure Chapters have the tools, resources, fundraising pages, goals, communications, training, and implementation plans needed to execute successfully, and escalate barriers that could affect Chapter performance.
Coordinate National implementation, including staff and volunteer participation, fundraising pages, campaign logistics, internal deadlines, and cross-functional execution.
Support Leadership Team and Board fundraising commitments, goals, peer-to-peer pages, outreach planning, and execution so organizational leaders can participate effectively in the campaign.
Partner with the Donor Marketing & Stewardship Coordinator on fundraising copy, donor communications, stewardship, post-campaign donor journeys, and conversion strategies; with Marketing on design, social media, and creative execution; and with the Director, Team Kesem & Revenue Intelligence on lists, segmentation, dashboards, reporting, and campaign analysis.
Ensure campaign stewardship and follow-up are planned and executed in coordination with the Donor Marketing & Stewardship Coordinator so donors, fundraisers, and key constituents receive appropriate recognition and next-step engagement.
Maintain campaign documentation, lead post-campaign debriefs, track lessons learned, and recommend execution improvements for future years.
Year-End & Annual Campaign Execution
Lead project management and execution of Kesem’s Year-End fundraising effort across Chapter and National audiences, translating the strategy set by the Director of Community Fundraising & Revenue Strategy into a coordinated implementation plan.
Build and manage project plans, deadlines, fundraising pages, Chapter tools, production schedules, vendor coordination, and cross-functional workstreams required for successful execution.
Coordinate the logistics of mailed appeals, including timelines, vendor management, print and production needs, mailing files, proofs, postage coordination, and delivery schedules in partnership with the appropriate internal teams.
Proactively identify opportunities for new fundraising campaigns based on organizational priorities, donor and audience insights, fundraising performance, and emerging opportunities, and recommend campaign concepts, target audiences, objectives, and approaches to Development leadership.
Develop and lead execution of approved campaigns, including goals, timelines, resources, fundraising tools, cross-functional coordination, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign evaluation.
Coordinate Chapter and National implementation for approved campaigns, ensuring appropriate tools, resources, timelines, ownership, and execution support are in place.
Partner with the Donor Marketing & Stewardship Coordinator on fundraising copy, messaging, donor journeys, recurring-giving promotion, matching-gift messaging, and post-campaign stewardship; with the Director, Team Kesem & Revenue Intelligence on list methodology, segmentation, dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis; and with Marketing on design, social media, and creative production.
Coordinate post-campaign reporting and handoff into renewal, stewardship, second-gift, recurring-giving, and other appropriate donor-development strategies.
Maintain campaign documentation, lead post-campaign debriefs, and recommend execution improvements for future campaigns.
