You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization, ensuring that our internal systems, processes, and people are optimized for high-growth and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, product management, and go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with the executive team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-backed decision-making across all departments.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling business operations, including potential automation, resource optimization, and strategic investments in infrastructure.
  • Manage administrative operations, including human resources, legal compliance, and facilities, ensuring alignment with company values and business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven executive experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or similar leadership role.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizations through phases of rapid scaling or complex operational transformation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing operating budgets to ensure maximum profitability and resource allocation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational strategies to board members, investors, and internal teams alike.
