What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology investments, infrastructure modernization, digital innovation, and technology risk.
Lead the organization's cybersecurity program, security governance practices, and compliance efforts across applicable regulatory frameworks.
Oversee cloud services, infrastructure, networks, endpoint management, business applications, and critical technology platforms.
Partner with business leaders to identify and implement AI and automation solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
Direct technology projects, system integrations, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and strategic technology partnerships.
Lead, coach, and develop the technology team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer service.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Demonstrated success managing infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, cloud platforms, and enterprise business applications.
Experience supporting multi-site, remote, or geographically dispersed workforces.
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience leading technology transformation initiatives, managing complex projects, and overseeing vendor relationships.
Experience developing technology budgets and managing investment priorities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or MBA.
Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and business process automation initiatives.
Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or other service-oriented organizations.
Experience working within HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance frameworks.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect.
