We’re looking for a friendly, capable Client Support Agent to help businesses and individuals with their international payment needs.

You’ll be speaking with clients, solving problems, handling support requests, and working with different teams to make sure clients receive excellent service.

The ideal candidate:

-Native-level (or close) Hebrew + excellent English
-A genuine people person who can also handle challenging situations
-Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
-Customer service experience preferred
-A team player who wants to learn, contribute and grow
