Job description

What You'll Be Doing
Build and own your pipeline
Own full-cycle new business in your territory, from first conversation to signed contract and first event live.
Open doors the way this industry works: warm introductions, venue visits, industry events, partner referrals and sharp, well-researched outbound.
Build a territory plan around your top target accounts and keep it current.
Sell value, not features
Run discovery with owners, GMs, marketing and finance leads. Map how money moves through the venue (tickets, tables, bar, promoters) and quantify what is being lost today.
Deliver tailored demos and business cases on FV Pro (ticketing, guest lists, VIP tables, promoters and CRM), FV POS, FV Cashless, FV Access and FV Site.
Sell the full stack. When replacing a client's existing POS isn't the right first step, position our integrations.
Negotiate commercial terms (take rate, payment processing, hardware, multi-year agreements) that work for the client and protect our unit economics.
Close the loop
Hand off to Onboarding and Account Management with complete context, and stay close through go-live and the first events.
Keep HubSpot as the single source of truth: stages, next steps, potential ACV and close dates.
Forecast weekly with accuracy and take part in pipeline reviews and deal inspections.
Bring the voice of the US market back to Product and Marketing: objections, competitive moves, pricing signals and feature gaps.

Your profile
3–6 years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, payments, POS, hospitality tech, ticketing or a similar environment.
A track record of meeting or beating targets. We will ask you to walk us through your numbers.
Consultative, value-based selling and structured qualification (MEDDICC or similar).
Comfort with payments economics (GMV, take rate, processing costs), or the ability to learn it fast.
Strong presence with demanding, time-poor decision-makers, in person and at the venue.
Fluent English.
Comfort with the rhythm of nightlife: occasional evenings and weekends at venues and events, plus travel within your territory and to other US markets.
