Position Summary:

The Director of Institutional Advancement, Office of the President, will serve as the principal advancement professional within the Office of the President. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief of Staff, the Director will work closely with the President to cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal-gift donors and prospects.

At this pivotal moment in Yeshiva University's history, the Director will play a key role in securing the transformational support necessary to advance the University's mission and strengthen its impact for generations to come.

Position Responsibilities:

The Director will manage the strategy, preparation, coordination, and follow-through for the President's donor relationships. This includes:

- Preparing briefings
- Identifying new prospects
- Tracking next steps
- Advancing Yeshiva University's highest fundraising priorities
- The Director will work in collaboration with the Department of Institutional Advancement

Experience & Education Background:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of fundraising experience

Skills & Competencies:

- Significant fundraising experience, including experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors and prospects
- A deep commitment to Yeshiva University's mission and the ability to communicate that mission compellingly
- The highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Creativity and the ability to identify and develop new philanthropic opportunities
- Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through
- The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with donors, colleagues, and University leadership
