Director of Human Resources & Recruiting Brooklyn, NY $200,000 + Benefits Position Overview A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources & Recruiting to oversee both the employee lifecycle and recruiting function. This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who can build proactive systems, improve organizational effectiveness, develop scalable recruiting operations, and partner closely with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational decisions Oversee leave administration, unemployment, accommodations, and employment practices Improve HR processes, workflows, and employee programs Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Talent Acquisition Lead the internal recruiting team Design scalable recruiting infrastructure and hiring processes Build proactive talent pipelines Develop recruiter KPIs and performance metrics Improve sourcing strategies and hiring quality Partner with department leaders on workforce planning Leverage automation and delegation to maximize recruiting efficiency Qualifications 6+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience Proven success overseeing both HR and recruiting functions Strong operational mindset with excellent process improvement skills Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership presence Experience building scalable people operations Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational priorities Healthcare experience strongly preferred Email resumes to [email protected]
