Operations Manager

A well know and busy deli and catering store are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee our busy deli and catering business in Monsey. You will be responsible for end-to-end operational success, including kitchen management, inventory control, procurement, and staff scheduling for a team of 10+ employees. You must be a strong leader capable of driving growth and managing tight deadlines during busy seasons. Requirements: Previous management experience is required; experience in the food service industry is highly preferred. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to foster team productivity. Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and labor cost. Must be results-oriented, as this role includes a performance-based commission structure tied to total store sales.
