Director / Associate Executive Director

National Nonprofit Organization seeking Director / Associate Executive Director to help drive fundraising, program development, and organizational growth. Responsibilities include leading fundraising efforts, developing donor and community relationships, overseeing and expanding programs, developing new initiatives and partnerships, and working closely with leadership to turn ideas into results. Seeking someone motivated, capable, and relationship-oriented with strong fundraising ability and initiative. Open to a talented post-kollel candidate with fundraising experience, as well as a more experienced professional with a proven track record.
