State Director – ABA Therapy

The State Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, performance, and growth of the company’s ABA Therapy services within the assigned state. This role requires a highly independent, hands-on leader who can take ownership of state operations and drive results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and oversee the day-to-day operations of the state, ensuring efficient, high-quality clinical and administrative services.
Lead and support state-level staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative team members.
Identify and implement opportunities to grow existing operations, including increasing referrals, caseloads, staffing, and payer relationships.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, staffing, and service delivery to ensure the state meets company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, families, schools, insurance providers, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
Proactively identify operational challenges and independently develop and implement solutions.
Work closely with company leadership while maintaining ownership and accountability for the state’s overall performance and success.
