About the Position

We are looking for a Patient Care Associate to be the first point of contact for our patients over the phone. In this role, you will be the face of the company to the patient and will guide them through the entire intake and onboarding process. If you genuinely care about people, have a great attitude, and are ready to learn, we can teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients over the phone.

• Guide patients completely through the onboarding and registration process.

• Collect and verify all required patient information.

• Ensure all paperwork and data entry are handled accurately.

Qualifications

• A genuine care for patients and a strong, positive attitude.

• A serious approach to work, with the ability to stay organized and on top of daily tasks.

• A strong willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.

Salary: 55-70k
