Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and manage the payroll team.

Responsibilities

Oversee payroll processing from start to finish

Manage and support the payroll team

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time

Review payroll reports, deductions, adjustments, and discrepancies

Troubleshoot payroll and system-related issues

Handle escalated client/payroll concerns

Maintain accurate payroll records and processes

Ensure the department stays organized and deadlines are consistently met

Requirements

Strong payroll experience MUST

Management experience MUST

Hands-on UKG platform experience MUST

Experience managing a team of 50 employees or fewer

Strong understanding of payroll processes

Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to take ownership and keep the department running efficiently
