About the Role:

This role owns the front end of the sales pipeline, handling incoming leads and building new business through prospecting and cold outreach. The Inside Sales Rep turns first contact into lasting client relationships through consistent, persistent follow-up. With commission on top of base pay, the effort put into every call and conversation shows up directly in earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

Handle incoming leads and respond to new inquiries

Move interested prospects forward through the sales process

Prospecting & Outreach

Prospect and identify new potential clients

Conduct cold outreach to generate new business

Client Follow-Up

Follow up with clients and prospects consistently

Keep conversations active to drive deals to close

Qualifications
