Our client is seeking a National Director / Associate Executive Director to help lead its growth in the U.S. This hands on leadership role will focus equally on fundraising and the management and development of programs and operations. The position works closely with organizational and rabbinic leadership to build relationships, strengthen programs, and turn plans into results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising campaigns, donor relationships, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to expand awareness, engagement, and fundraising.
• Manage day to day program administration, coordinating people, schedules, and follow through.
• Support the growth of rabbinic networks, training and Shimush programs, conferences, community events, and digital initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with Rabbonim, Kehillos, community leaders, organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new program and partnership opportunities, set priorities with leadership, and track progress.
• Coordinate across staff, rabbinic leadership, and external partners to move projects from idea to completion.

Qualifications:

• Strong relationship building, leadership, project management, and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication, judgment, initiative, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with donors, Rabbonim, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Familiarity with Halacha and Torah based community structures, with respect for the role of a Rav. This is not a psak position.
• Flexible to attend meetings and events outside standard business hours when needed.
