Campaign Coordinator,

We are seeking a mature, female, strategic, high-energy Campaign Coordinator to drive our campaigns and events. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, networking to recruit new supporters, and expanding our mission into untapped demographics. Your goal is to maximize donor engagement and fuel organizational growth through innovative strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy: Enhance our campaigns to ensure high engagement from doners, volunteers, and project developers.
• Project Management: Own the full campaign lifecycle, from building donation landing pages to managing mailing schedules. Serve as the lead liaison for vendors, designers, and venues to ensure quality and strict deadline adherence.
• Performance Analytics: Conduct post-campaign audits to measure ROI and acquisition costs. Analyze donor data to identify messaging trends and provide actionable reports that guide future fundraising strategy.
• Operations: Maintain rigorous CRM database hygiene and synchronize multi-channel messaging across email, social media, and direct mail to provide a cohesive donor experience.

This role requires a proactive approach, including cold calling, to fundraising and the flexibility to support ad-hoc needs as our mission evolves.
