Donor Data Analyst

Rabbi’s Right Hand is looking for a Donor Data Analyst to review Salesforce donor data and identify new fundraising opportunities for our clients.

The role will focus on finding trends and actionable opportunities, including lapsed donors, potential major donors, changes in giving patterns, and donors who may be ready for additional outreach.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Analyze donor and giving data in Salesforce

•⁠ ⁠Identify fundraising and donor outreach opportunities

•⁠ ⁠Find trends, gaps, and changes in donor behavior

•⁠ ⁠Create clear recommendations for who the Shliach should contact and why

•⁠ ⁠Present findings and recommendations directly to clients

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with each client to understand their priorities, preferences, and fundraising style

•⁠ ⁠Adjust analysis and recommendations based on each client’s goals and feedback

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Experience analyzing data

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets

•⁠ ⁠Able to turn data into clear, practical recommendations

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable presenting data and working directly with clients

•⁠ ⁠Able to listen to client preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly

•⁠ ⁠Salesforce, CRM, fundraising, or nonprofit experience is a plus
