The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as the Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance. This role is critical in ensuring that our company adheres to the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our ethics and compliance programs, as well as oversee the Corporate Investigations function.
The Main Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ethics and compliance and compliance risk management program aligned to the Corporate Sentencing Guidelines.
Oversee internal whistleblower hotline, prepare quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors, and periodically report to management and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors on status of compliance program and significant compliance observations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions.
Regularly partner with internal audit on compliance matters.
Internal Audit to address compliance issues and ensure appropriate monitoring and remediation.
Oversee corporate investigations team, including hotline analysts and internal investigators to ensure prompt response to compliance violations and allegations of misconduct.
Prepare processes to ensure ongoing and proactive monitoring for potential areas of noncompliance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on ethics and compliance matters.
Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues and ensure effective resolution.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, corporate investigations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ethics and compliance programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$174,876 - $233,168 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$183,621 - $244,827 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$192,364 - $256,486 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
