In-Office | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What We're Looking For: Prior professional marketing experience required. Strong creativity and ability to develop original marketing concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns. Ability to analyze campaign results and apply findings to future initiatives. Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong initiative. Ability to work independently and contribute beyond standard job responsibilities. Experience with targeted email marketing campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with email marketing analytics and performance tracking is a plus. Leadership or marketing management experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Creating and sending targeted marketing emails to relevant audiences. Tracking campaign performance and analyzing results. Using marketing data and insights to optimize future campaigns. Identifying new opportunities for business growth and improvement. Taking initiative in addressing business needs, including responsibilities beyond the traditional marketing scope. Collaborating and communicating effectively with company leadership and team members. Continuously evaluating current marketing strategies and recommending improvements.
