In-Office | Full-Time | Emergency Availability Required

What We're Looking For: Medical or healthcare background required (clinical training, nursing, EMT, paramedic, healthcare administration, or similar) Strong understanding of the medical field Comfortable communicating directly with physicians, surgeons, and hospital leadership Polished, articulate, and diplomatic communication skills Ability to make sound decisions and remain effective under pressure Strong work ethic and availability for periodic urgent and emergency situations Mature, confident, mission-driven, and highly responsible A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly

Key Responsibilities Include: Leading and directing an existing four-person Critical Care team Coordinating urgent and complex hospital transfers and emergency cases Guiding patients and families through sensitive and complex medical situations Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, physicians, and hospital teams Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, surgeons, and hospital leadership Advocating persistently for patients from admission through discharge or transfer Collaborating across departments to ensure continuity of care Thinking resourcefully when cases don't follow the standard playbook
