Tasks
About the role

You own end-to-end product management across existing verticals, new verticals, and internal tooling. Working with the Head of Product, you take a focused approach to understanding the problem, and building, validating, launching, and improving a solution that people actually use. Use cases might include a nursing simulation workflow, a repeatable solution for an existing customer need, or an internal tool that helps our team deliver faster.

This is a hands-on building role. You use agentic tools to compose existing DeweyLearn and third-party capabilities, configure workflows, and test working solutions. You partner with Customer Success and domain experts to understand the use case, and with Engineering and Product Delivery to deliver it successfully. You own the assigned product’s outcomes, then take on new opportunities as the solution becomes repeatable, and ongoing ownership is clear.

Requirements
What you'll do

Understand the use case: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, customers, and domain experts to identify the problem, current process, and evidence of value.

Build the complete solution. Configure workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and integrations using existing capabilities and agentic tools. Work with Engineering when platform changes are needed.
Validate in real use. Test the full customer or internal workflow against agreed quality criteria, review failures with relevant domain and technical owners, and iterate.
Launch and drive adoption. Coordinate readiness, onboarding, and handover with Product Delivery. Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on demos, enablement, and feedback.
Own the outcomes. Track useful adoption, quality, time to first value, and commercial contribution. For internal tools, demonstrate time savings, improved throughput, or reduced errors.
Make it repeatable. Reduce bespoke setup and support, build reusable workflows, and turn user learning into product improvements and roadmap input for the Head of Product.

About the Candidate

Curiosity and adaptability: You learn new domains quickly and recognize when to involve specialists or engineers. You can move between industries and internal use cases while staying focused on outcomes. Experience in education, assessment, workflow automation, integrations, or AI evaluation is helpful, not required.
Agentic building: You use AI tools to build working solutions, inspect outputs critically, troubleshoot failures, and improve them. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you enjoy making things work.
Ownership and judgment: You can show useful things you have built and shipped, and explain your decisions and results. You may be early in your career; demonstrated ownership matters more than years in a PM title. Personal, academic, internal, and customer projects all count.
Customer-close learning: You seek out users and domain experts, test assumptions in real workflows, and turn what you learn into concrete changes. You follow through beyond a demo and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

What this role is not

Not a role with a ready-made playbook—you won’t always have a defined roadmap, established tools, or an existing solution. The Head of Product sets priorities; you take ownership of figuring out how to achieve the outcome.
Not a coordination-only role — you build working solutions and own product outcomes, rather than only writing specs or tracking delivery.
Not a solo engineering or domain-expert role — you work hands-on with agentic tools while partnering with customers, Customer Success, specialists, Engineering, and Product Delivery.
