Job description
Description
The adoption program & operating cadence. Own the roadmap and the weekly rhythm — reviewing wins, hurdles, and the priority backlog — so the program keeps moving and the whole company can see it.
The AI Wins Tracker (system of record). Own the Tracker end-to-end: set the KPI and evidence standards (measured / estimated / subjective), keep it a safe, encouraging, non-intimidating place to share, and make it the trusted source for adoption reporting.
Run the operating flow across the org. Drive Verita's flow — discover & record → define the SOP → engineer the AI-driven SOP (human-in-the-loop) → build reusable assets → win — coordinating the AI Solutions Engineer into the highest value workflows surfaced in the tracker.
Build & empower the champion network. Grow the existing ambassador network (30 trained today) into a durable network of departmental champions (existing staff at ~10 - 20% time). Give them real ownership, training, and the spotlight - this is how the program reaches every corner of the company.
Curate the story for leadership. Produce the monthly adoption brief and the quarterly board-ready package - trendlines, top wins, reusable capabilities, and the felt-experience of adoption alongside the hours saved.
Run the hurdle >investment loop. Turn the blockers employees report (tools, connectors, access, policy, training) into a prioritized enablement plan and clear, evidence-backed investment asks.
Curate the moments that matter. Spot the recurring friction and the chances to genuinely delight - the small, tailored gestures that make an employee feel seen and make sure they happen consistently.
Requirements
Essential
Hands-on fluency with modern AI assistants — ChatGPT and Claude used in your own daily work, enough to teach them credibly and coach others past the rough edges.
Change management & adoption — a real track record moving a team or org from a status quo to a new way of working: overcoming resistance, building buy-in, and making change stick.
Program & project management — you can run a multi-workstream program on a cadence: roadmap, backlog, priorities, and follow-through, without dropping threads.
Facilitation, training & enablement — you can lead a discovery workshop, run a training session, and coach a non-technical person at their pace until they're confident.
Metrics & reporting — comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards; you can define KPIs, read trendlines, defend a before/after number, and turn data into a decision.
