Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles

Compensation
- Base Salary: $175,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $75,000
- Total Cash Opportunity: Up to $250,000
