Job description

Looking for an experienced project manager who has attention to detail, is a quick learner, and is able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

The project manager is responsible for the following:

Project setup: Review the project scope, understand deliverables, establish timelines, milestones, and priorities.

Task management: Break projects into clear tasks, assign them to the appropriate team members, set deadlines, and follow up until completed.

Team coordination: Coordinate between strategy, copy, design, web/development, media, production, and outside vendors.

Daily follow-up: Know the status of every active project and proactively chase anything that is delayed or blocked.

Client communication: Provide updates, collect feedback and approvals, request missing materials, and manage client expectations.

Quality control: Review work before it reaches the client to make sure the correct version is being sent and that it matches the brief.

Revisions: Organize client feedback, turn it into actionable tasks, and make sure every requested change is addressed.

Timeline management: Keep projects moving according to schedule and flag potential delays before they become problems.

Meetings: Prepare agendas when needed, take notes, document decisions, and turn meetings into clear next steps with owners and deadlines.

File & information organization: Make sure briefs, copy, designs, approvals, links, credentials, and final files are organized and accessible.

Vendor coordination: Manage printers, photographers, videographers, developers, media partners, freelancers, and other third parties when required.

Launch/Delivery: Make sure all pieces are completed, approved, tested where applicable, and delivered or launched correctly.

Post-project closeout: Confirm everything was delivered, organize final assets, document outstanding items, and close the project internally.

Expectations - the Project Manager owns the process, Designers design, copywriters write, but the Project Manager is responsible for making sure everyone has what they need, knows what they’re responsible for, and gets it done on time.
