Project Coordinator / Tour Operator

What you’ll do

Coordinate the logistics for visiting groups: hotels, transportation, guides, sites and events
Manage bookings and pre-arrival arrangements
Be the day-to-day contact for clients abroad and suppliers in Israel
Support groups while they’re in the country and solve problems as they come up
Help shape tailor-made programs for each group

What you bring

Fluent English, spoken and written (interviews are held in English)
Working-level Hebrew; other languages are a strong plus
Experience as a tour operator or in travel, tourism, hospitality or event production
The ability to juggle several groups and tasks at once without dropping details
Good knowledge of Israel: its sites, routes and hotels
A calm head under pressure and a team-first attitude
