Operations Manager

An insurance company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operations and team performance. The candidate will be responsible for developing department teams, improving operational processes, managing team capacity, and maintaining client service standards.

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey
Work arrangement: In-Person
Salary Range: $125k - $175k
Working hours: 30-40 hrs/week
