Job description

The Opportunity:

We're hiring an FP&A Manager who is passionate about improving the landscape of behavioral healthcare. You will be our first dedicated FP&A hire, responsible for building this function 0-1. You will play a critical role in improving how we forecast, plan, and allocate resources across the business. You will take an AI-first approach to automate as many areas as possible, with room to hire under you on the team. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with the CEO, CFO, Strategic Finance team, and every Department Leader on the decisions that shape where the company is headed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and maintain Grow's financial model, including bottom-up builds, scenario analyses, and detailed forecasts that informs company-wide planning

Revamp our procurement process which will move under you and your team to own end-to-end

Own Board and investor materials, including our annual plan, reforecasts, executive narrative, cross-functional coordination, and quarterly presentations

Stand up scalable and automated ways to monitor spend across departments and identify cost optimization opportunities

Lead our headcount planning process and track/analyze KPIs across departments, surfacing performance insights and flagging risks and opportunities to leadership

Build business cases for new initiatives, translating operational assumptions into financial projections that drive executive decision-making

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

You have 2+ years of IB/PE and 3+ years of FP&A at a startup

You are highly analytical and confident owning complex financial models end to end

You bring a first principles mindset to your work — you don't accept processes as status quo, you ask questions, and you find better ways to do things. You're expected to leverage AI to make that happen

You have a low ego and high grit mentality — you're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are presenting to the C-suite, and you take pride in being someone your teammates can count on
