Hiring for a Marketing Specialist
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn — in office
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience

This is not a sales position. The focus is on increasing customer engagement, activation, retention, and overall usage of our platform.

Responsibilities include:
Managing Customer.io campaigns and automated communications
Analyzing customer behavior and identifying opportunities for growth
Developing new marketing ideas and testing campaigns
Researching marketing tools, competitors, and industry trends
Working with customer support, technology, and management
Communicating with employers/HR teams when needed
Ideal candidate: Technically minded, analytical, creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver. Must be comfortable with online technology and willing to learn. Fintech experience is a plus.
