Opening #2 Marketing Specialist

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn — in office
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience

This is not a sales position. The focus is on increasing customer engagement, activation, retention, and overall usage of our platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Customer.io campaigns and automated communications
• Analyzing customer behavior and identifying opportunities for growth
• Developing new marketing ideas and testing campaigns
• Researching marketing tools, competitors, and industry trends
• Working with customer support, technology, and management
• Communicating with employers/HR teams when needed

Ideal candidate: Technically minded, analytical, creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver. Must be comfortable with online technology and willing to learn. Fintech experience is a plus.
