Program Development Manager

Nonprofit seeking Program Development Manager to help develop and oversee community initiatives for women from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities include developing year-round initiatives across spirituality, parenting, marriage, professional development, and financial wellness; planning and implementing programs; managing speakers and partnerships; leveraging technology and systems; and building infrastructure to support ongoing growth. Ideal candidate is warm, mature, organized, emotionally intuitive, passionate about helping Klal Yisrael, and able to represent the organization with warmth, discretion, and integrity. 25+ hours a week; some evening/weekend availability required.
