Job Type Comission Based Salary $65k/year - 85k/year Location Newark, NJ A growing Manufacturing Company is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support its Talent team with employee onboarding, internal communications, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring employees receive a positive and professional experience. This role requires someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to details, and consistently follows through on tasks and commitments. Help ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization. Support the planning and execution of talent programs and employee initiatives. Assist with employee communications and internal announcements. Coordinate employee engagement and recognition activities. Track outstanding tasks and follow up with employees and internal teams. Maintain organized employee and talent-related records. Assist with scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination. Work closely with the Talent team to ensure initiatives are completed accurately and on time. Help improve the overall employee experience through consistent communication and support. Prior experience in HR, talent coordination, onboarding, or a related administrative role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with employees. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
