Store Manager

 

A boutique hosiery store in Lakewood is looking for a responsible, personable, and organized Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

This is a hands-on position in a smaller retail environment. The Store Manager will work directly with customers while also managing staff, inventory, and the overall organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Manage and schedule store employees
• Train and oversee staff
• Make sure the store is organized, stocked, and presentable
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
• Handle customer questions and concerns
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently each day

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or management experience preferred
• Responsible and dependable
• Warm and personable with strong customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing and directing staff
• Able to take ownership and handle day-to-day issues independently
• Familiarity with hosiery/fashion retail is a plus but not required
