Overview
A growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller (CPA preferred) to manage the company’s financial operations and performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all departments from a financial perspective
- Establish clear departmental P&Ls and reporting
- Maintain accurate and transparent financial records
- Monitor profitability and cash flow
- Provide management with insights on departmental performance
- Implement financial controls and hold departments accountable
- Identify problems and make necessary operational changes
- Reduce inefficiencies and drive profitability
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- CPA designation is preferred
