An internationally trained dentist (DDS, DMD, or equivalent)
A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 5+ years of experience

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any organization
Currently residing in the greater NYC area and able to commute to our Upper East Side and Tribeca offices
Ready to grow with us long-term (we're looking for at least a 3-year commitment, ideally)
Clinically sharp, detail-oriented, and unshakeable under pressure
Humble, curious, and hungry to learn
A true team player with strong emotional intelligence
Energized by a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Fluent or highly proficient in English (bonus points for additional languages, we have an international patient base!)
