Job description
Position Description:
Bridg, part of PAR Technology, is an enterprise identity resolution, data and onboarding platform. Using our exclusive offline identity resolution capabilities along with clients' point-of-sale (POS) data, we help retailers significantly expand their first-party data — identifying unknown customers and enriching the understanding of loyalty members — ensure reporting transparency and create new monetization opportunities with their brand and advertiser partners.
The Bridg Customer Success (CS) team manages all aspects of client relationships post-sale, guiding clients through Bridg's client engagement model and ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment. The team acts as the link between the customer and the company — understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support.
The Bridg Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support successful partnerships with national restaurant, CPG, and retail brands. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day client operations and requests, learning Bridg's client engagement model and products while assisting senior team members in driving client satisfaction, usage, and retention. This is a strong entry point into customer success within retail media and data, with room to grow into a full Customer Success Manager role.
Position Location:

What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
1–2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (agency, PR, client-side, consulting, or tech), or a strong internship background in a similar function.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology (e.g., 1PD/3PD, martech/adtech platforms, Customer Data Platforms) is a plus, with eagerness to build deeper expertise on the job.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and tasks at once.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Comfort with data — able to read a report or dashboard and summarize what it means in plain English.
Additional skills:
Key competencies in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; comfortable with slide building and spreadsheets.
Exposure to project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA) is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, serving as a responsive point of contact for routine questions and requests, in partnership with a senior CSM.
Help execute Bridg's client engagement model — assisting with onboarding tasks, status updates, and recurring client touchpoints.
Monitor client usage and flag early signs of risk or opportunity to the broader Customer Success team.
Assist in preparing reporting, performance summaries, and materials for client meetings and business reviews.
Learn Bridg's products in depth, and begin fielding first-line client questions, escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Technical Operations to help resolve client issues in a timely manner.
