Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

How You'll Make an Impact
Clinical care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, and educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
Patient experience & flow: Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams.
Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant.
Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency.
Flexibility & growth: Join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, complete ongoing training, and stay flexible across multiple schedule options.
Requirements
MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization

Active New York State NP license

Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)

EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge

FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months

DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain

Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
