Job description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven, hungry, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our North America Sales team.
In this role, you will act as an engine for our enterprise growth, driving outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound interest to build a high-quality sales pipeline. You will work closely with seasoned Sales Executives and Marketing teams, turning high-potential enterprise prospects into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & ICP Research: Identify and research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across target enterprise verticals using public data, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry lists.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold and warm outreach campaigns across phone, personalized email, social selling (LinkedIn), and event follow-ups to engage senior stakeholders.
Lead Qualification & Discovery: Conduct preliminary discovery conversations with enterprise prospects to understand their business challenges, pain points, and strategic goals.
Pipeline Generation: Convert qualified prospects into high-value scheduled demonstrations and discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Campaign & Messaging Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, test new outreach playbooks, and optimize response rates.
CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain clean, up-to-date activity logs, prospect data, and pipeline tracking within Salesforce and sales automation tools.
Qualifications:
High energy, grit, and a strong inner drive to meet and exceed targets. You don't wait to be told what to do - you take full ownership.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and comfortably engage with senior director- and C-level enterprise executives.
Quick learner with a natural curiosity for tech, SaaS, and AI solutions, eager to absorb feedback and refine sales techniques continuously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Location: East Coast US (preference for Greater NY/NJ or Boston area).
Advantages:
1+ years of experience or internships in SDR/BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles within B2B SaaS.
Hands-on exposure to sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
