The Opportunity
The Senior HRIS Product Analyst is responsible for driving the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous broadcast of the claims platform data to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) solutions that enable efficient, scalable, and user-centered processes across MetLife's global organization. This role partners closely with Claims Management, Customer HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions that enhance the employee experience, improve operational effectiveness, support data-driven decision-making, and advance MetLife's commitment to delivering exceptional value for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly calls with customers
Team member discussions for plans for the week and catch up on outstanding issues
Daily/weekly reporting- Some of the reports you must review the information in both the Catalyst platform and the Employers workday system for issues that have arisen while some reports have to be manipulated to provide us the appropriate information, we need to review such as doing pivots or VLOOKUP’s.
Involvement of implementation of new customers using HRIS
Prioritization of daily emails
Training of newly onboarded Senior Product Claims Analysts/HRIS
Performs other related duties as assigned or required
Utilize Ai to identify business trends
Required Qualifications
Essential Business Experience and Key Behaviors, Required:
· Strong understanding of HR systems and HRIS integrations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, conditional formulas, and data auditing.
· Demonstrated experience in data analysis, error troubleshooting, and data reconciliation.
· Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring full resolution of issues and long-term system accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues clearly.
· Proven collaboration skills with both internal teams and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Key Competencies, Qualifications and Skills, Preferred:
Experience with Workday, data feeds, and EIB processing.
Exposure to HR technology integrations, APIs, HCM and customer system implementations.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Disability Claims, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and/or other paid leave types.
