E-Commerce Position

 E-Commerce Position 

A fast-growing e-commerce company is seeking an employe to
help expand our product catalog, develop vendor and brand relationships, and
manage products from initial sourcing through purchasing and inventory
planning. 

This role will identify and onboard new brands, source and
develop new products and SKUs, negotiate with suppliers, manage samples and
packaging, create and track purchase orders, forecast inventory needs, and
coordinate production and logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple projects in
a fast-paced Amazon and e-commerce environment. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Research, contact, and onboard new brands and suppliers 
• Identify new products, SKUs, variations, pack sizes, and product opportunities 
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements 
• Manage sourcing, samples, packaging, quality, and product development 
• Forecast inventory and help prevent stockouts and overstock 
• Coordinate vendors, shipments, purchasing, and logistics 
• Maintain consistent vendor and brand follow-up 
• Proactively identify operational issues and drive solutions 

Qualifications  

• Amazon or marketplace experience preferred but not necessary 
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills 
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and analytical skills 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent 
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and vendors simultaneously 
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through 
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
