Required background

Prior work in a professional kitchen. Line cook, station chef, sous or expediter experience welcome.

References from previous kitchens or supervisors.

A schedule that fits a Jewish observant lifestyle: no work on Shabbat or Yom Tov, Friday afternoon release before Shabbat, time for daily shacharit, mincha and maariv.

Reliable, detail oriented, able to perform under service pressure.
