Here's What You'll Do:

Lead and Develop the Team

Oversee the distributor and wholesaler strategy in partnership with the Channel and Partnerships Manager
Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing on vertical requirements, go-to-market, and customer delivery
Bring competitive and market intelligence to Sales leadership and contribute to annual planning and incentive design

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, including 5+ years leading teams
Has personally closed and coached complex MSA, multiyear, OEM, or portfolio rollout deals with 6–18 month cycles
Senior-level relationships within various target verticals
Demonstrated results as a leader: team bookings, quota attainment, and retention you can document

Preferred
