Align AI governance practices with DTCC’s broader risk, control, issue management, and compliance frameworks
Monitor emerging AI-related regulatory, industry, and supervisory developments and assess impacts to DTCC governance and controls
AI Use Case Lifecycle Management
Partner with the AI Enablement Team to guide AI use case submissions through appropriate review and governance pathways, including AET Review, AI Registry, and additional Portfolio Management/ARB/SDP processes

Support consistent enterprise reporting on AI initiatives, risks, and governance effectiveness
Act as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, data, risk, compliance, and legal partners on responsible AI governance and control expectations
Collaborate with stakeholders across the lines of defense to ensure cohesive execution of AI governance, risk, and audit objectives

Proven ability to review, challenge, and influence complex initiatives while balancing innovation with risk and control requirements
Experience working across enterprise governance processes, including issue management, policy development, and executive reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics for non-experts, audit, and regulatory audiences
