Duties & Responsibilities
Operating Room Support

Set a high standard of performance for staff and peers.

Understand surgical procedures and anticipate the needs of staff and surgeons to ensure exceptional service.

Pre-Operative Setup:

Confirm all video and surgical equipment is fully functional.

Arrange monitors and equipment according to surgeon preferences.

Intra-Operative Support:

Verify proper connection and operation of all necessary equipment.

Address supply needs promptly and assist OR staff as requested.

Post-Operative Turnover:

Collect and inventory instruments and equipment for cleaning and sterilization.

Instrument and Equipment Management

Maintain strict standards for decontamination, inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
