Job description
Job Summary
Earned is seeking a Manager, Growth Activation to play a critical execution and leadership role in integrating newly acquired firms and activating growth across the Earned platform.
This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and partners closely with Corporate Development, Client Development, Marketing, Operations, Product/Technology, Finance, HR, and leaders at newly acquired firms. The primary focus is ensuring that acquired businesses are operationally ready, commercially enabled, and successfully activated, while building strong, collaborative relationships with sellers, firm leaders, and client-facing teams navigating change to cross-serve Earned’s broader service suite—most often wealth management—into their existing client base.
Growth Activation is a core value-creation engine at Earned. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating deal theses and growth plans into real, measurable outcomes. The Manager will own day-to-day activation execution for assigned firms while contributing to the ongoing refinement of Earned’s activation playbooks, operating cadence, and analytics.
This is a hands-on, high-judgment role that requires strong executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. It requires comfort operating across complex organizational dynamics, multiple stakeholders, and differing firm cultures during periods of rapid transition.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Activation & Integration Execution
Partner with Corporate Development and Growth leadership to translate investment theses into clear, measurable activation goals for newly acquired firms.
Build strong working relationships with sellers, firm leaders, and Relationship Managers to create shared ownership of growth outcomes.
Partner with inherited teams to translate Earned’s growth strategy into practical, firm-specific execution that preserves trust with existing clients.
Serve as the primary activation lead for assigned acquisitions, coordinating cross-functional workstreams required to achieve successful ramp and stabilization.
Assess current-state capabilities of acquired firms across people, process, data, and technology to inform activation approach.
Lead onboarding, coaching, and enablement of Relationship Managers and client-facing teams to drive confidence and adoption of Earned offerings.
Ensure acquired firms are operationally ready to execute cross-serve motions within defined timelines.
Cross-Serve Enablement & Playbook Execution
Deploy, test, and refine Earned’s cross-serve playbooks to attach wealth management and other services to existing client relationships.
Partner with Client Development, Marketing, and Relationship Managers to orchestrate positioning, enablement, and execution of cross-serve efforts.
Ensure sales processes, workflows, and enablement tools are embedded in CRM and supporting systems.
Proactively identify friction points in execution and surface recommendations to improve effectiveness, speed, and consistency.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Design and operationalize analytics and reporting to track activation progress, cross-serve performance, and value creation.
Monitor performance against activation goals and identify opportunities for course correction or acceleration.
Use data to inform sequencing, prioritization, and refinement of activation tactics.
Contribute to the evolution of Earned’s activation operating model and tooling based on real-world execution learnings.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and CRM teams and leaders at acquired firms to navigate organizational complexity and align on priorities during ramp and activation to ensure smooth integration and execution.
Support people-related integration efforts including training, role clarity, and operating cadence where needed.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to Growth leadership and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
5–10 years of experience in growth strategy, revenue operations, go-to-market execution, or management consulting
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders and inherited teams in periods of change
Strong analytical capability with comfort designing metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking
High judgment operator who can work independently and manage ambiguity
Experience with Salesforce and related sales/marketing enablement tools (Outreach, Gong, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets strongly preferred)
Project management experience, including use of tools such as Asana
Top-tier management consulting, banking, or PE-backed operating experience preferred
Experience in financial services, healthcare, or multi-service organizations a plus
Willingness to travel 2–3x per month, with increased travel during post-acquisition ramp periods
