The David Citadel Hotel Jerusalem offers a refined and welcoming luxury experience in one of the world’s most celebrated cities. Located between the Old City and Jerusalem’s modern centre, the hotel is known for attentive service, high standards and genuine guest relationships.

The David Citadel Hotel is seeking professional, reliable and motivated Bellboys to join its Concierge team.

This is an on-site position in Jerusalem. The role is intended as full-time employment, with shifts and weekly hours determined according to hotel occupancy, operational needs and scheduling requirements. Flexibility is therefore essential.

The Bellboy reports to the Concierge Manager and supports guest arrivals, departures, luggage services, deliveries and the daily operation of the Concierge and Front Desk areas.

The position is physically demanding and requires energy, stamina, organization and a consistently professional approach.

Main Responsibilities

* Welcome guests warmly and professionally
* Handle, transport, label and store luggage safely and accurately
* Load and unload luggage from cars, taxis, vans and buses
* Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel services
* Deliver gifts, parcels, amenities and guest belongings
* Support transportation requests and operational needs
* Replenish supplies for the Concierge and Front Desk
* Keep the entrance, lobby and luggage areas orderly and presentable
* Follow hotel procedures and service standards
* Maintain guest privacy, discretion and confidentiality
* Remain calm, organized and professional during busy periods

Essential Requirements

* Legal authorization to work in Israel is mandatory
* Fluency in Hebrew and English
* Strong knowledge of Jerusalem and its key locations
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move luggage
* Excellent punctuality, reliability and organizational skills
* Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures consistently
* Strong communication skills and a luxury-service mindset
* Honest, responsible and able to work well as part of a team
* Polished, well-groomed appearance in accordance with hotel standards

Preferred

Previous hotel, hospitality or guest-service experience is preferred but not required. Additional languages and professional references are an advantage. Driving license is a huge plus.
