Managing inventory, orders, merchandise display
Liaising with various stakeholders: management, suppliers, staff, and customers.
Responsibility for maintaining a high standard of the store and the overall shopping experience.
Resolving day-to-day operational issues in real time.
Ongoing branch management and responsibility for meeting targets.
Responsibility for customer service and the customer experience.

 

Experience in Grocery\food retail is mandatory.
At least 24 months of proven management experience.
Ability to manage and motivate employees; assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills.
