Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn
Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 (DOE)

A growing white-label e-commerce company is looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead overseas sourcing and vendor relationships from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Source new products from overseas manufacturers and suppliers

Build and manage long-term vendor relationships

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and production terms

Coordinate product specifications, packaging, and sampling

Oversee product development from concept to launch

Monitor production timelines, quality control, and shipping

Research market trends and identify new product opportunities

Work closely with leadership to expand the product line

Qualifications

Experience with overseas sourcing and vendor management

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Highly organized with excellent project management abilities

Experience in e-commerce, importing, or white-label products preferred

Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
