Job description
The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is hiring a Salesforce Specialist to support the effective use, administration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of CRM Systems & Strategy and partnering with the Salesforce Administrator, the Specialist maintains data quality, builds reports and dashboards, supports end users, and documents processes. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and service-minded who wants to grow their Salesforce administration skills in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform • Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for operations, fundraising, and leadership • Serve as a primary point of contact for CRM support, triaging requests through the ticketing system • Execute recurring administration processes and run regular data audits, deduplication, and validation • Deliver onboarding, user training, and adoption support • Assist with user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and basic security administration • Document processes and user guides, and stay current on Salesforce releases Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information systems or relevant work experience • Familiarity with Salesforce administration concepts, including objects, fields, relationships, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards • Experience supporting end users, business processes, reporting, or CRM administration; Nonprofit Cloud experience and Salesforce certifications a plus • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Discretion with confidential constituent information Candidates are not expected to have mastered every area of Salesforce. A strong foundation built through Trailhead, certifications, or hands-on work is valued.
